Fish Spa

i am a bit down this few days... mayb because i was not being honest with my babe on certain issues. honest here bukan sebab menipu ke apa yer.. honest sbb x share benda yg sepatutnya di share kan... yelah, kata dh macam adik badik... tapi, ade jugak yg nak simpan sana sini..mana lah aci kan?

ampun ye babe... aku bukan sengaja... aku cuma malu.. teramat malu...

i don't know how to face you... dh terlalu banyak ko di susahkan.. probs ko pun banyak lagi yg perlu ko handle kan? ni mana nak layan hal remeh temeh yg x sepatutntya membabitkan ko pun...

so, last two days, selain selingan aku tergedik ngejor handbag.. he3... sebenarnya, after work cam ada plan nak jumpa seseorang sekejap.. tapi, ada sesuatu occurs, so, x la berjumpa... jadiknya, balik la konon.. on the way nak balik...hazabnya jalan jammed sbb dari bangsar, nak menghala PJ, almost all the route mmg ada petrol station.. THE QUEUE!!! astaghfirullah... mencabar minda btul... hiks!

so, i swift to MidVal nak dins and berjumpa Farezah and berdiskusi about a very important event end of this year... and ada la selingan2 yg aku terpaksa jugak ngadap... haih!

Farezah said she noticed changes in me...Ya Allah... camner nih?Habis pot pet pot pet..balik lah...

and yesterday morning, I finally spilled evrything to Farezah. I cried. I juct couldn't bare it anymore. Its getting worse day by day. Makin menjadi2. Makin menyampah pulak aku. Lega rasanya... and Alhamdulillah, Farezah understands my situation. Thnks babe.

So, bila dh rasa lapang... rasa la mcm diri sendiri balik kan? Back from office, I rang Farezah. Being her, she's always up open to new ideas. She asked kalau2 I wanna try the FishSpa @ Kenko. I was stunned for 5 seconds and YES of course.

This is Michele. She helped us a lot because we can ker 1st timer... :)

anyways, memula kena basuh kaki dulu..ada la sabun yg x serupa sabun (cair sangat, x de buih lak tuh) disediakan and also brush.
Michele tu, memula tanya nak fish what size. cheh, dedua cakap nak medium.. dia pun hala la tunjuk ker kolan medium... astghfirullah... semput aku ngan farezah... we just couldnt stop laughing & screaming. The fish is quite big and u can really 'feel' it. Gelinya tok sah cakap lah... pastu, si Michele pun x larat nak gelak ngan perangai kitaorg. dia dok la convince kata the crucial time is only the 1st 5 mins.. adoih lah... 1st timer maaa...

so, we all larik ker small fish...chicken tul lah kan.. on the way ke small fish, Michele tunjuk satu kolam nih.. MAK AII!!! ikan nya besar ikan selar yg mom selalu goreng tuh.. mau dia wat kenduri kaki aku nih kang!

so, here we are at the smallest fish. mmg pantang masuk kaki berderum deram derang nih datang... dh kulit makanan derang... isk isk isk...

jangan kata 1st 5 mins, every 5 seconds is crucial to me. Rasa2 mcm bukan main lagik ikan tu melahap, aku angkat kaki. pastu, letak la balik... he3..

orang sibuk tgk ikan makan kaki kita.. derang ni sibuk tgk kaki kita kena makan ikan...

yes, the small fish pond mengadap laluan awam...

nak suggest kat korang pegi lah.. mmg rasa lain tau. rasa bersih, lembut skets & selesa sangat... padahal 30 mins jer.. pun dh leh rasa kelainannya... Its definitely a very meaningful experience...

Harga untuk 30min is RM38.

Kalau keje kat area MidVal and 1st timer, leh dapat 50% which is only RM19.

Kalau nak dpt disc, beli la 10session terus..cuma kena la upfront RM300. Maknanya, jatuh RM30 la per session...

farezah had a 2 days training at the BerjayaTimesSquare. since she overnight at TMs place, i offer her a ride lah.. alasan nak jumpa kan? boleh jugak gosip2 melepas rindu... hik hik hik...
anyways, dia dapat this note pad thingy habis training nya itu...

lepas perli dia lebih kurang kata dat thing will be very usefull for her keterlupaan yg dh pun mencapai tahap piawai yg amatlah melampau... dia marah2 sayang pun, open the thing...



my oh my... nak clear stock pun, jgn lah obvious sangat kan? atleast tear off la dulu 2007 punyer calendar itu...

occasion: Berbuka puasa.

the host, shifa&esa sediakan soto ayam yang sangatlah marvelous & delicious... yum yum! thumbs up korang!!! korang memang tukang masak terrrbbaaaiikkkkk....

ok, lupa pulak nak buat introduction... we decided to have our Iftar this year potluck style at Shifa's house. So, Ayu bawak sardine roll and Eza bawak spreads from Bazaar Ramadhan (kuih, kerang bakar, some drinks & lompat tikam).
oh lupa.. Mas & family bawak perut. huhhu... takpe, paham.. bukan senang ada gerabak, yer dok?
(psstt... Eza & Ifa, korang rasa, Mas baca tak entry nih ek? hahahaha laaaaaarrriikk!!!!!!!!)

ok Shifa... ur next assignment is to bagi adik2 ko nih.. this recipe k.. its sedap! comey.. and sedap!

Ayu & Eza arrived at Shifa's around 6:30pm with a very panicked mood. because, Mas tak de call or sms or nothing because her hp pun tak leh nak di get through. dah la agak frust because Eton & Shida couldn't make it. Ye lah, kita hanya merancang... Allah yang menentukan kan...

ni pulak assignment Esa yer.. sila update resipi cili nih dengan kadar segera..

masuk je waktu, only Shifa's family, Ayu & Eza yang makan together dulu. Mas & family still on the way... berbuka dalam kereta la jawab nya... huhuhuhuhu...

even though tak cukup korum.. tapi, dah cukup meriah.. with Amieleen and Aimier's antiques pun dah cukup gamat... can't wait for Armand to join them.. :)

dah selesai berbuka sume... we took turn Maghrib... and siapa peneman setia? si momey ni ha... :)



oh... and since Farezah just got back from China/HongKong... she bought us all this sweet bracelet ikut our colors... but, hers is black.. pelik, kan?

all in all, its so sweet and simple berbuka for all of us.. to Shifa, Esa & family.. thank you so so much for all the trouble jadi host... dengan memasak sepanjang hari nya... dengan pinggan mangkuk nya... thnx a zillion...

++ A day out to Nilai3 ++

on 17 Nov 2007, the four of us (Ifa, Ayu, Eza & Fad) accompany Ifa for a bunga telor hunting at Nilai3. Early morning, Eza picked Fad up and lead their goodselves to PJ. Before heading to Ifa's, they picked Ayu up and went for a yummy Malayish breakfast at Medan,14 which is obviously not joined by Ifa.

At around 9am, reached Ifa's and off we go to Nilai3.

(shifa siap complaint lagi ayu,eza & fad berbau medan..chet!)

we first stop at Nilai Square. Sombong lah orang yg kedai riben tuh. so, we all merayap lah ke kedai kain.. :)
