Potato Salad

Well, as promised... (Like months...ago...) hahaha...here's the recipe for the much asked for:

Potato Salad.

Ingredients

A-to boil
1kg US potato (diced-cut it into half, then cut those halves into another half, then potong 4 or 3)
2 cloves (ulas) of garlic (crushed)
1 cube chicken stock (knorr)
Water for boiling

B
1 red onion (chopped finely)
2 stalks of gherkin (finely diced)
250gm mayonnaise
1 small cup of fresh full cream milk
Salt, white pepper, sugar to taste.

Let’s do it

Bring to boil all the ingredients in A. make sure the water is enough to cover the potatoes. Biar dlm 20minutes...but check constantly...make sure tak lembek sgt...Just nice...as it is still in its shape. Bila dah masak, drain it...let it cool down for a while...in like 10mins.

Meanwhile, all those mayo, gherkin, onions, milk tu mix it up.
Put in the potatoes. Then gradually...add in the salt, sugar, white pepper to taste. When all is mixed well already, lightly sprinkle in a bit of black pepper...very small amount...I mean very small amount. Hahaha~ that's it, we are done.

Let me suggest that the potato salad be cooled at room temperature, for an hour...before putting it in the refrigerator. The potato salad needs to be prepared much much earlier, because as I observed that it takes a very long time to be chilled. So my recommendation-buat the night before the day you nak makan. Thank you.
